The Project
The Grand Bell condominiums by Lakeview Development Holdings Inc. is located in the heart of Downtown Brantford, central to Wilfred Laurier University, lush green space, transit, and shopping.
The Challenge
Due to poor soft soil conditions and risk of settlement for this high rise condominium, a deep foundation solution was required.
The Solution
Maple Site Solutions Inc. was retained to design, supply and install a driven H-Pile system. The piles were driven and seated into the bedrock.
