Mid-Rise Residential Development

The intersection of Bathurst and Eglinton Avenue in Toronto has experienced an influx of redevelopment and intensification in recent years. This is largely due to its proximity to the desirable Forest Hill neighbourhood, as well as its access to transit and major thoroughfares.

Maple Site Solutions was retained by 59 Project Management to design and install shoring for a mid-rise residential development. The site is located between two existing buildings, and the scope of work included a caisson wall, as well as piles and lagging. The project required exceptional communication among all personnel, particularly when moving equipment due to being located directly on the very busy Bathurst Street.

We are happy to have been a part of this project which will bring some additional housing units to the Forest Hill neighbourhood of Toronto.
