The Project
Due to the increasing population and requirement for new housing, development for new townhomes were being created to support our housing needs.
The Challenge
As suitable real estate becomes scarce, the demand to utilize every inch of the land becomes more common. With zoning and set-back requirements in place, the requirement for temporary shoring was required along the side of the property where an existing structure and driveway was present.
The Solution
Maple Site Solutions Inc. was retained to design, supply, and install a temporary shoring solution to allow for construction of new townhomes without disruption or impact on the neighbouring property.
